Fraudulent Transactions
If any transaction appears to be fraudulent or suspicious, bw444 reserves the right to put that transaction on hold and investigate the associated account.
6Bonus and Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:
- Wagering requirement: 10x (ten times) — meaning you must wager ten times the bonus amount
- The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus
- Your own deposit must be used up before playing with bonus funds
- Only one person per household is eligible for this offer
VIP Program and Cashback
The bw444 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
General Bonus Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:
- bw444 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings after the wagering requirement has been met may be withdrawn
- If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be cancelled
7Gaming Policy and Fair Play
Game Outcomes
All games on bw444 are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures completely fair and random results. bw444 is committed to fair play.
Betting Rules
Each game has its own betting limits and rules, which are displayed in the game interface. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed.
Technical Errors
If a technical problem occurs during a game, bw444 reserves the right to void the result of that round. In such cases, the wagered amount will be refunded.
Sports Betting
Specific rules apply to each event for betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL), football, kabaddi and other sports. If a match is cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with the relevant bonus policy.
8Prohibited Activities

- Creating or operating an account using another person's identity
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
- Bonus arbitrage or collecting bonuses through any fraudulent method
- Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
- Money laundering or processing illegal funds
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Attempting unauthorised access to bw444's systems or network
9Limitation of Liability
Service Guarantee
bw444 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service, however service disruptions may occur due to the following reasons:

- Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
- Issues with third-party payment systems
Limitation of Damages
bw444 will not be held liable for any loss incurred under the circumstances described above. bw444's maximum liability for any direct or indirect loss suffered by a user is limited to the original amount of the transaction concerned.
